the Holy land

WOW!!!..

its been almost 2 years since i last blogged..

hmmm... ddnt really miss much tho.. a couple of bdays, vacays, and all that usual stuff..

decided to blog this time..

cuz i just came back from an AMAZING trip ever..

YUP!.. i went on an Umrah.. a pilgrimage to Mecca...

my parents (ok, my mom) have been tryin to convince me to go for the last couple of years, n my answer would always b "Nope, not ready, maybe next year" every single time...

until early this year that is, she had asked me again..

n this time i sure got a diff answer for her...

i said "Yes, i'll go, gimme the dates n i'll make sure i can get days off from work"...

i really was ready to go :)

how did i react when i saw the Ka'bah : amazed, speechless, n then i just crieeedd...

it was an indescribable feeling, this is the Ka'bah that i usually see on my sajjada...

to see it with my own eyes it was just .. aaaahh.. in awe i tell ya...

total 9 days away from everythin, yup i cut all ties for real - no cell fones, no internet for meee..

just pray, eat, n sleep.. pray, eat, n sleep.. pray eat, n sleep..

n i enjoyed ever single moment of it...

so if anyone asks me to go on Umrah again, i'll say "Yes" in a heartbeat...

just gimme time to save up sum money 1st tho.. hehehhe..
