i always try to make a good image of myself... always try to b a nice girl so ppl would like me... i wouldnt say i try too hard... and as many times have i said i dont care wut ppl think of me, i still do... damn it... and u kno me, i always try to please other ppl... i cant say no to ppl, if i can make them feel better then im straight... even when they're happy and i'm miserable, i'd still b straight...

as if thats not bad enuff... the worst thing bout bein me is that i care too much bout wut other ppl think of me, so i end up hurtin a person who cares for me the most... im blinded by other ppl, i pretty much cant see that i'm hurtin this person... over and over and over again... until, its too late... is it too late?.... i really hope not... cuz i cant seem to even picture wut my life would b w.out this special person...

FHM

yup... u got that rite... FHM as in For Him Magazine...

so today we had a photo shoot at FHM Indo... we as in Me, Sabria, Metha, and Imey... as in the girls in the movie im involved in... it was part of the movie promo and we were given a spread of 6 pages... which is a great thing, buuuttt yyyyy does it have to b for FHM... i mean i kno i've said this before, and i bet u guys remember me sayin i'd like to pose for FHM one day... but that was like in 2000... goodness its almost 2006 and i deff have grown a lil.. just a lil.. hehehe... so i wasnt really that excited when the offer was rite under my nose, u kno.... and on top of that, i have a big fam, i mean biiiiggggg and religious fam over here... i just kno that they would freak if they were to see me on FHM... not good not good...

but after all these unimportant arguments, plus misunderstandin occured with the production house... i decided to do it, for the sake of the movie... i talked to my rents and oka about it and they were fine with it, it deff made me more confident doin the shoot... my rents had one thing to say, dont show too much!! =D

now... when u think of FHM, u think of bikinis, topless, a whole lotta skin, riteeee???... well thank goodness this is FHM indo, so it still has limits.. hehehe... aaannnddd the great thing bout it was we got to bargain bout the clothin.... and thank goodness, we all got away with sexy tops, more like clubbin wear.. hehehe.. so it was all gravy!... well exept for this chick imey, she wore a lingerie... she was the only one who got balls to do so.. haahaha...

so i must say our photo shoot today was deff nothin compared to FHM over in the US... im still a goody goody ;-) it was a long day... but it was deff an experience.. sumthin i'll prob never do again, yea most likely not gon happen again.. ehehehe... so im just hopin the pics will turn out great in the February edition...

update update

we finally finished filming the movie... yup, i was cast in a movie (indo movie ofcourse)... i kno i havent really mentioned it in the blog, wanted to keep it on the dl just in case it didnt happen.. hehehe... the whole process took a couple of months actually... startin with the workshop/reading session for over 2 months... the filming took about a month... and its finally all over... the movie will b out in theaters in Feb 06... cant wait =D and yes hector, i will send u a copy of the dvd... hehehehe....

shot for vh1 a couple of times... i liked it alot, well cuz it was indoor... i got me some studio time, finally!.. hehehe... i hope they'll call me up again to do more shootin for their programs =D

been goin to the movies, no doubt about that! hehehehe... the last movie oka and i saw was Brothers Grimm... it was an aiite movie hehehe

just celebrated EID... eid mubarak to those of u who celebrated =D done with the fastin, woo hooo...hehehehe... i actually did pretty good this year, i only missed 3 days of fastin ;-)

the fam and i celebrated eid in Jakarta and Bandung.... in Jakarta with my dad's side of the fam.. in Bandung with my mom's side of the fam... we took pics as always, will post em up soon =D

oka is sick, he got the dengue fever, so hes in the hospital now, in BALI !!!... aarrggghhh... hes so far away from me, and i cant go there to keep him company cuz it costs too much u kno =(

Cinderella Man

i kno i kno... it seems like all oka n i do is go to the movies.. hehehe... but hey cant really blame us, theres really nothin much to do here... bowlin? kinda expensive... clubbin? its ramadhan so clubs r pretty much closed for the month... putt putt? hmmm its too hot outside... coffee shop? kinda borin, same ol places and always packed... soooo goin to the movies seem to b the best thing to do around here... hehee...

so yea oka and i saw Cinderella Man yesterday.... another movie that i didnt really wanna see... it think its cuz im not a big fan of Russel Crowe... but since the movie is about a fighter... and since we both lovvvveeed The Contender... we thought it'll b a good movie after all... and it turned out to b pretty good... pretty sad also... the fights are great... and the kids r sooo cute... anyways i give it 3.5 stars...

im fastin today, yikes.. me sooo hungry...

tonite we're gonna see a midnite show... either "Crash" or "Four Brothers"... damnn it, y do they have to b out in theaters on the same nite... arrrgghhh...

just saw this movie... didnt really wanna see it at first, cuz im not a big fan of War movies... i think it'll just bore the shiet outta me... plus i dont like seein ppl get killed, get shot, bloods everywhere.. ewwww.. no like no like.. hehehe...
but Oka wanted to see it even before we saw the trailer, apparently he had read bout it somewhere... so we saw it earlier today, and ummm it was pretty good actually... cant say i didnt like it... but still i hate violence...
anyways imma give it 3.5 stars...

Flight Plan

ok so when i 1st saw the trailer for this movie, it didnt really attract me... so i wasnt plannin on goin to watch it... but then oka wanted to see it... and since theres no other good movies out, we ended up seein it today...
aaaannnddd.... to b honest, that movie was so good!... i'd even give it 4 stars... liked it liked it liked it...

the only thing that bugged me was that Erica chick... i've seen her in other movies such as "Swim Fan" etc... so y was her role in "Flight Plan" soooo borin???... she could've gotten a better role, dont u think?... i dunno.. hehe.. i'm just mumblin.. hehe...

soooo asta had told me to see this movie.... saw the trailer, and said to myself i aint gon watch that movie cuz it looked scaryyyy.... yea u kno me, i dislike scary movies with a passion... hehehe...

oka luuuuvvvsss scary movies... so we ended up watchin it earlier today... arrgghh... it wasnt as scary as i thought it would b, but yea deff didnt like the ending... oka luvs unpredictable endings, as of me... well i dont like anythin that doesnt have a happy ending... hahaha...

and skeleton key doesnt have a happy ending, so im deff not a happy camper... haha... there asta, i said it, i dont like this movie... =P

today is Indo's 60th Independence Day.... woot woot !!!.... hehehehe

MTV Indo Movie Awards 05

MIMA was held on August 5th... i was havin problem with blogger, for some reason it wont let me post any pics...until todaaayyyy...heheeh....so here r the pics...

but let me tell u a lil sumthin sumthin bout mima..hehe...this is my 2nd mima ever since i moved here...i went last year, i was already workin for mtv but i wasnt involved in the event...so i basically went as a guest...i guess..heheh

but this yeaaaarrrr....its totally the opposite...see i dont work for mtv anymore and yet i was involved in the event...hahaha...

mtv wanted to have a few of the mtv girls (VJs, Guest VJs, VJ Hunt 03-05 finalists) in a so called fashion show...so as the openin for the show they will have this band called GIGI to perform...while they perform, we'll b doin the fashion show....

so mtv asked me to join...and i said suuuureeeeee....why the hell not...hehe...

there were supposed to b 10 girls...but things came up, and it ended up with only 7 girls...so we were taught how to do the walk and ish...reminded me of my John Casablancas modelin class...hahaha...

next....fittin for the dresses...arrrggghhhh...need i remind u indo girls r petite...and most of them got no boobs....so they got noooo problems fittin in their dresses....as for meeeee, all them dresses were tooo small...so tight that they cant b zipped....aaaahhhhh.... after tryin almost all of them, finally found one that fits me alrite... its diff than the rest of the girls'...their dresses r short, and i got the long one...with freakin trains or wut not on each side...its bright pink! and i felt like my boobs r poppin out...hahaha....

anyways... the kewl thing bout this year is, we all get to walk on the red carpet...woo hooo.... never done that before so i was kinda excited..hehehe...

everythin went well, except the stupid train on my dress got stuck on my heels for a second, thought i was gon tripped...haha...but thank god i didnt...that would have been really really baaaaddd....hehehehe....

the show was live and i must say it was pretty entertainin =D
