i kno i kno... it seems like all oka n i do is go to the movies.. hehehe... but hey cant really blame us, theres really nothin much to do here... bowlin? kinda expensive... clubbin? its ramadhan so clubs r pretty much closed for the month... putt putt? hmmm its too hot outside... coffee shop? kinda borin, same ol places and always packed... soooo goin to the movies seem to b the best thing to do around here... hehee...

so yea oka and i saw Cinderella Man yesterday.... another movie that i didnt really wanna see... it think its cuz im not a big fan of Russel Crowe... but since the movie is about a fighter... and since we both lovvvveeed The Contender... we thought it'll b a good movie after all... and it turned out to b pretty good... pretty sad also... the fights are great... and the kids r sooo cute... anyways i give it 3.5 stars...

im fastin today, yikes.. me sooo hungry...

tonite we're gonna see a midnite show... either "Crash" or "Four Brothers"... damnn it, y do they have to b out in theaters on the same nite... arrrgghhh...

The Great Raid

just saw this movie... didnt really wanna see it at first, cuz im not a big fan of War movies... i think it'll just bore the shiet outta me... plus i dont like seein ppl get killed, get shot, bloods everywhere.. ewwww.. no like no like.. hehehe...
but Oka wanted to see it even before we saw the trailer, apparently he had read bout it somewhere... so we saw it earlier today, and ummm it was pretty good actually... cant say i didnt like it... but still i hate violence...
anyways imma give it 3.5 stars...

im waitin for "Crash" and "Four Brothers" ... should b good, rite asta? hehe

whoaaa... i cant believe Ramadhan is here already.... i swear it felt like it was only yesterday we had Eid... we gon start fastin 2morro, i hope i do aiite this year, meanin i wont miss too many days of fastin hehehe... wish me luck! ;-)

i havent been enterin anythin for a while... til bout 3 weeks ago when i saw a contest for john legend cd... iiiiiiii happened to b in luv with his songs, i think they're great, his videos r great (thanks kanye, hehehe), and plus that man is mighty mighty mighty good lookin! heheheh...

the point is, im in luv with him =D

Flight Plan

ok so when i 1st saw the trailer for this movie, it didnt really attract me... so i wasnt plannin on goin to watch it... but then oka wanted to see it... and since theres no other good movies out, we ended up seein it today...
aaaannnddd.... to b honest, that movie was so good!... i'd even give it 4 stars... liked it liked it liked it...

the only thing that bugged me was that Erica chick... i've seen her in other movies such as "Swim Fan" etc... so y was her role in "Flight Plan" soooo borin???... she could've gotten a better role, dont u think?... i dunno.. hehe.. i'm just mumblin.. hehe...

anyways, any of u guys seen it yet???

soooo asta had told me to see this movie.... saw the trailer, and said to myself i aint gon watch that movie cuz it looked scaryyyy.... yea u kno me, i dislike scary movies with a passion... hehehe...

oka luuuuvvvsss scary movies... so we ended up watchin it earlier today... arrgghh... it wasnt as scary as i thought it would b, but yea deff didnt like the ending... oka luvs unpredictable endings, as of me... well i dont like anythin that doesnt have a happy ending... hahaha...

and skeleton key doesnt have a happy ending, so im deff not a happy camper... haha... there asta, i said it, i dont like this movie... =P

today is Indo's 60th Independence Day.... woot woot !!!.... hehehehe

MTV Indo Movie Awards 05

MIMA was held on August 5th... i was havin problem with blogger, for some reason it wont let me post any pics...until todaaayyyy...heheeh....so here r the pics...

but let me tell u a lil sumthin sumthin bout mima..hehe...this is my 2nd mima ever since i moved here...i went last year, i was already workin for mtv but i wasnt involved in the event...so i basically went as a guest...i guess..heheh

but this yeaaaarrrr....its totally the opposite...see i dont work for mtv anymore and yet i was involved in the event...hahaha...

mtv wanted to have a few of the mtv girls (VJs, Guest VJs, VJ Hunt 03-05 finalists) in a so called fashion show...so as the openin for the show they will have this band called GIGI to perform...while they perform, we'll b doin the fashion show....

so mtv asked me to join...and i said suuuureeeeee....why the hell not...hehe...

there were supposed to b 10 girls...but things came up, and it ended up with only 7 girls...so we were taught how to do the walk and ish...reminded me of my John Casablancas modelin class...hahaha...

next....fittin for the dresses...arrrggghhhh...need i remind u indo girls r petite...and most of them got no boobs....so they got noooo problems fittin in their dresses....as for meeeee, all them dresses were tooo small...so tight that they cant b zipped....aaaahhhhh.... after tryin almost all of them, finally found one that fits me alrite... its diff than the rest of the girls'...their dresses r short, and i got the long one...with freakin trains or wut not on each side...its bright pink! and i felt like my boobs r poppin out...hahaha....

anyways... the kewl thing bout this year is, we all get to walk on the red carpet...woo hooo.... never done that before so i was kinda excited..hehehe...

everythin went well, except the stupid train on my dress got stuck on my heels for a second, thought i was gon tripped...haha...but thank god i didnt...that would have been really really baaaaddd....hehehehe....

the show was live and i must say it was pretty entertainin =D
